The Dahlonega Municipal Court is located within Dahlonega City Hall. Court is held once a month at City Hall, all sessions of court start at 9:00 a.m. The Municipal Court handles various types of cases pertaining to misdemeanor traffic violations, misdemeanor criminal cases that occur within the City limits of Dahlonega, the court also hears all City ordinance violations.

The Municipal Court is presided over by a part time Judge.  We also have a full time Solicitor and Clerk.
