Requests for rezoning and zoning variances are processed through the Planning and Zoning Department. Persons requesting a rezoning or variance need to download the respective package (link below), read, and follow the instructions included. The packages include time-lines, documents, and applications needed for the rezoning and variance process. After reviewing the respective packages if you have further questions please contact the Planning and Zoning Director.
